Karting: Considered one of the largest circuits in Europe, the Tuineje karting has 1,500 metres of track with three karting categories (children, junior and senior).
Complementary offers: Tuineje offers a wide range of water sports (windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, stand up paddle, kayaking, catamaran, scuba diving, etc.), excursions (on foot, by bicycle, motorbike, quad, etc.) and complementary sports (paintball, shooting, etc.) to enjoy your free time.

Landmark buildings:

Los Molinos Interpretation Centrelocated in a traditional house in Tiscamanita, offers information about the milling methods used throughout history.
Here you can see not only how the mill works, but also the products of the milling process.

Entallada Lighthousebuilt in 1953, is architecturally picturesque and unique in the Archipelago. It is located in a cliff area near Las Playitas, from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the Natural Monument of Los Cuchillos de Vigán, a monument that has been declared an Area of Ecological Sensitivity and Special Protection for Birds.

Gran Tarajal Lime KilnBuilt in 1953 and of civil architecture, it is considered one of the largest on the island.

Teacher's HouseThis emblematic building in Tiscamanita dates back to the end of the 19th century. It is the centre of the Manuel Velázquez Cabrera Foundation and the Rancho de Ánimas.

Church of St. Michael the Archangelin Tuineje, has been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest and dates back to the 17th century. Here you can see a pictorial representation, painted in oil, which tells the story of the "Battle of Tamasite" fought in 1740.
The Chapel of San Marcos, in Tiscamanita, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest, stands out for its altarpieces and sculptural ensemble.

The municipality of Tuineje is home to a spectacle of religious and popular celebrations that are a clear expression of life, pleasure and
tradition throughout the year.

Gastronomy

Tuineje's gastronomy is simple but of high quality, and has been able to take advantage of the resources that the land and the sea have to offer.
A highly prized tomato with a sublime flavour is grown in this area, with Tuineje being one of its main producers.
The figure of the Majorero goat dominates the island's landscape and can be seen in the island's haute cuisine. Both its meat and its milk, from which the acclaimed Majorero cheese is made, are highly valued for their flavour and quality.
But the real stars of Tuineje's local cuisine are the products of the sea, a fishing village par excellence.
