CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

REFUND AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS
We offer reimbursement of the 100% (see conditions) and/or cancellation of the booking (provided that you have not chosen a NON-REFUNDABLE rate or with a SPECIAL bonus)
CONDITIONS OF REIMBURSEMENT OF THE RESERVATION 100%
A protocol will be followed to ensure the correct return of the 100% in the reserve, provided that the following requirements are met:

Refunds and exchanges on the day of check in.
For same day bookings, they will be paid on the same day, in order for the refund to take place the check in must not have taken place and/or not have exceeded the check in time (15:00), the flat must be unused and without having taken possession of the use and enjoyment of the flat.
In order to complete the return, we require a receipt or the prior confirmation that the money has been deposited in our partner bank.
RETURN LIMITATIONS
A) Only STANDARD RATE BOOKINGS can be reimbursed.
B) No refund or reimbursement shall be given for reservations purchased with
DISCOUNT VOUCHERS and/or SPECIAL PROMOTIONS. SUPER HOST VV APARTMENTS SL may take into consideration each particular case always trying to obtain the best advantage for the guests and the company.
C) We will always make the best effort to return the 100% of the days booked at a later date and which replace the original booking .
REFUND OF THE MONEY
A) The payment by reimbursement shall be made once the new booking has been paid or 48h after check-in.

(B) If the reservation If the Gift Voucher in question was marked as a gift for the stay of a third party, it will be sent directly to the original payer (as long as it meets the requirements of the previous section), who will receive a Gift Voucher of equal value from your refund.
CHANGES TO THE RESERVATION
A) Changes to bookings will only be accepted subject to availability and the legitimate billing interests of SUPERHOST VV APARTMENTS S.L (fuerteventura.site), or if the flats are defective, damaged or uninhabitable.
B) SUPERHOST VV APARTMENTS S.L. will be notified of any changes to the dates of the reservation for reasons other than those mentioned above (fuerteventura.site) at least ONE MONTH in advance. In case of not being able to complete the booked stay, you will lose the days not enjoyed.
The following goods are exempt from reimbursement:
-Gift cards (gif cards).
-Health and personal care and hygiene articles.
- Personalised bookings with details different from what is stated in the advertisement.
A) May reaching an agreement between the parties (if applicable)
B) Once the Cancellation request is received and inspected we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it, as well as the acceptance or rejection of the refund.
C) If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original credit card or payment method within a certain amount of days depending on the timing of the financial institutions and the effective recovery of the cancelled days.
D) If the flat is not rented during the cancelled dates or is only partially rented, you will receive the proportional part of the re-booked dates in order not to generate expenses for damages.
Overdue or missing reimbursements
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company.
It may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at (email and/or phone number).
A) You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return a physical item if it is left in the flat.
B) We are not responsible for forgetting, loss or theft of your personal belongings, neither during nor after your stay, although we will do our best to deliver the object to you in compliance with our quality commitments to the guest.
C) Please note that the Canary Islands are in a DIFFERENT CUSTOMS enclave. to the rest of the European Union 🇪🇺 and C.E,E .
D) We would like to point out that depending on the value of the goods, a customs declaration or clearance will have to be made at the cost of the guest (who will be informed of the price set by the Public Administration before the shipment is made and confirmation by e-mail and payment of the corresponding taxes and transport is required).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your changed product to reach you may vary.
