Revitalise yourself!
Hours of beach time on the sand, sunbathing and refreshing dips in the sea relax body and mind. But also the connection with forests, mountains or breathtaking volcanic landscapes recharge our energy. And those nights gazing at the stars. Or listening to the crashing of the waves while enjoying an exquisite dinner by the sea.
And the sunsets? Contemplating them in the best company, toasting with one of the Canary Island wines with Designation of Origin, will make you forget the clock and enjoy the moment intensely. All this without neglecting a spa or thalassotherapy session, followed by a replenishing massage, in one of the specialised establishments. Or simply spend an afternoon enjoying yourself in your accommodation, of which there is a wide range on offer.
For all these reasons, and much more, these are the islands of revitalisation, a great outdoor recreation area to enjoy any day of the year and from which you will return home as good as new.
The nature of the Canary Islands is exceptional: 146 protected areas, including four National Parks and three Marine Reserves, as well as seven Biosphere Reserves.
Land of volcanoes and overflowing nature
Millions of years to be the way they are, eight islands that have emerged from the bottom of the Atlantic until they reach the surface of the ocean. Islands of volcanoes where life has sprouted and found its space to make this archipelago one of the most biodiverse places in the world. Imposing volcanoes and enigmatic lava fields that coexist with lush forests, austere and undulating landscapes that alternate with deep ravines covered with vegetation, fertile valleys that lead to steep cliffs... Land of a thousand colours and blue sea, places where unique species live. And if you look up, there it is: a clear, transparent sky that invites you to count the stars.
Ask, ask... here you will find it.
A few days' holiday in the Canary Islands is a lot of fun. Above all, they give you the energy to enjoy a long list of activities during the day and at night. You can practice some of the "wind and wave" sports such as surfing or windsurfing, explore the bottom of the ocean, watch magnificent cetaceans swimming in the wild... On land you can go hiking or on camelback, have fun in first-class water parks or go to a zoo; also to botanical gardens, aquariums, museums and archaeological sites. And there's always time for shopping, and there's plenty of time to spare for a night out at one of the trendy nightclubs or to attend shows and concerts.
So close and so safe!
The best climate, wonderful beaches, an extraordinary variety of landscapes, endless plans for couples, with friends, with family or alone... It is a privilege to be able to enjoy all this and more just a few hours from any city in Europe. As well as being close in distance, its friendly and open people will also make you feel at home. A destination that offers safety and security by meeting the highest European standards, with first class healthcare and other essential services. The Canary Islands have reinforced and implemented new health safety protocols to minimise any risk.
Tenerife, 100% life
The Teide National Park is the most visited national park in Europe and one of the most visited in the world.
Beaches, trails, forests, water parks. Watch whales and dolphins swim in the wild or stroll through historic old towns. And play golf under blue skies? That's also a must. And of course, the obligatory visit to the imposing Teide, which, at night, is also a magical place to contemplate the stars. In Tenerife everything is possible.
Gran Canaria, a fairytale island
This "miniature continent" is an island of contrasts. On the same day we can enjoy the beach, such as Maspalomas and its impressive dune field, and the inland landscapes, with Canary pine forests, ravines, volcanic calderas... We can also relax in a spa and get ready for the lively nightlife.
Lanzarote, the island with a difference
So different that its landscapes seem to be from another planet, like the Timanfaya National Park. Volcanoes and lava fields that are lost beyond sight, a gaze that first stops at the variety of colours of this apparently barren land. Lanzarote is also synonymous with beaches, white houses and vineyards.

Fuerteventura, the beach of the Canary Islands
Endless beaches of white sand and turquoise waters, many of them solitary. The dream of those who find in these spaces their particular paradise to rest, feel the sea breeze, sunbathe, swim in calm, crystal-clear waters... But also for those who want to feel the adrenaline rush surfing the waves and challenging the wind.
La Palma, the beautiful island
It is the green island. Green because of its lush Canary Island pine forests and green because of the laurel forest, a plant formation from the tertiary era that has found refuge here. Its volcanic landscapes, such as the Caldera de Taburiente National Park, and its peaks, where one of the most important astronomical observatories in the world is located, are impressive.
La Gomera, feel unique
Legend and magic. Also history and ancestral culture, the maximum expression of which is the Gomeran whistle. The island is home to one of the largest and best preserved laurel forests in the world, which lives in the Garajonay National Park. Rocks, ravines that lead to beaches of volcanic sand, beautiful palm groves... It is unique.
El Hierro, the island with soul
It is silence and breathtaking panoramas. Volcanic landscapes that overwhelm the soul. It is the tranquillity of its villages, its slow and leisurely pace of life. It is a transparent sea, full of life, a must for diving lovers. Trails that cross forests, but also lava and sand. It is an island to be experienced.
La Graciosa, a small treasure
The smallest of the Canary Islands. A place to lose yourself in its solitary beaches of white sand and turquoise waters. Stay in its little white houses, almost right on the beach and enjoy a delicious fresh fish while watching the sunset and the orange light that it casts on the impressive cliffs of the north of Lanzarote.
La Graciosa, the smallest of the Canary Islands, is part of the Chinijo Archipelago, whose waters form the largest Marine Reserve in Europe.
